- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, restocks, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping
- We currently ship within Australia.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are intended as a guide only.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions

Pelagic Supply cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
- Pelagic Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to the incorrect address.
- Additional shipping costs incurred to resend an order may be charged to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.
If you believe your parcel is lost, contact us and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Pelagic Supply is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage.
Claims will be assessed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
