At Pelagic Supply, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully check each order before shipping. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The damage must be reported with clear photo or video evidence
  • The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery (recommended within 7 days of receiving your order)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect size or item choice by the customer
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product

Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
